By downloading, installing or using "Privacy Factory" (bundle identifier com.pinhansu.privacyfactory, the "App") you agree to these Terms. The App is developed and provided by Pin-Han Su.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control. Your use is also governed by the Apple Standard EULA.
"Privacy Factory Pro" is a one-time purchase unlocking features such as larger batch sizes and advanced cleaning options. Pricing is as shown on the App Store; payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies — request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Photos you clean are processed entirely on your device; you are responsible for their content and use. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the content you process and will not use the App to infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
The App removes common photo metadata on-device. Due to differences in file formats and system behavior, output files may contain technical information written by the system, such as a generator marker and the processing time (not personal data). For high-stakes sharing scenarios, please inspect the output file yourself before sharing. The App is designed to never modify your original files; cleaning always outputs a new copy.
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to or loss of output files.
We may revise these Terms from time to time; revisions take effect when posted on this page, and material changes will be noted inside the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
