By downloading, installing or using "Convert Factory" (the "App") you agree to these Terms. The App is developed and provided by Pin-Han Su.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control. Your use is also governed by the Apple Standard EULA.
"Convert Factory Pro" is a one-time purchase unlocking features such as unlimited batch size, all PDF pages and advanced output formats. Pricing is as shown on the App Store; payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies — request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Files you convert are processed entirely on your device; you are responsible for their content and use. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the content you convert and will not use the App to infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Keep backups of your originals; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for file damage or loss caused by conversion.
We may revise these Terms from time to time; revisions take effect when posted on this page, and material changes will be noted inside the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
