This Privacy Policy explains how the "Convert Factory" mobile application (the "App") handles your data. The App is developed and provided by Pin-Han Su ("we", "us").
The App has no accounts, no backend servers, and no analytics SDKs. Photos, videos and documents you select are processed on-device only, and you decide where converted files go (Photos, the Files app, or the share sheet). We cannot access — and never receive — any of your files or usage data.
The following live only in your device's local preferences (UserDefaults), are never uploaded, and are removed when you delete the App:
Photo selection uses Apple's system photo picker (PhotosPicker); the App only receives the items you actively select and cannot browse your library. Saving results back to Photos requests the system's "Add to Photos" permission — the App writes only and never reads.
"Convert Factory Pro" is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), handled entirely by the Apple App Store. We never see your name, Apple Account or payment details. Receipt validation and restore are performed on-device via Apple's StoreKit.
The App is not directed at children, and since it collects no data, no children's personal data is ever collected.
If future features change how data is handled, we will update this page and its "last updated" date, and note material changes prominently inside the App.
